"Very poor experience. I followed the seller’s request and first described my wishes via message. I answered many questions and then received an offer that was much higher than I initially expected. However, the seller seemed to understand what I wanted, so I agreed. The offer said “as discussed.” Unfortunately, I was naive and only uploaded some sample files and gave a short description in the order itself – big mistake. The final result was not what I expected or wanted. When I pointed this out politely, I just received a cancellation instead of any real attempt to fix the problem."
